There’s a band!
Jim Wynn is playing! Birmingham’s hippest big band, specialising in authentic vintage swing music from the 1930s and 40s. Taking its inspiration from the big bands of the swing era, the Orchestra plays the classic original arrangements of Duke Ellington, Benny Goodman, Fletcher Henderson, Chick Webb and Count Basie amongst others.

Our Christmas Social Dance wouldn’t be complete without the perfect soundtrack, and that’s where our talented guest DJ comes in! Ollie Parham (from O & H Lindy Hop) will have a guest spot during the evening, spinning the hottest tunes to keep you swinging all night long.
Fun performance by our class goers
Prepare to be dazzled as our dedicated class participants take to the floor to show off some great steps. Be sure to grab a front-row seat!
